A little mini outdoor session

I took my son, Drew, out this morning at 7:30 for a little practice at backlighting. I probably should have gone out a half hour earlier. It was getting pretty bright and was HOT!!!

Kids

I wanted to try out a location with my kids again in hopes to get something canvas worthy for our house. Bought the outfits and got hair cuts in preperation...and they were TERRILBE. My daughter said she wasn't in the mood to smile that day and my son kept complaining that his cheeks were hurting from trying to smile. I did manage to get a few decent ones, although not what I had in mind. I should really post the outtakes just to prove how naughty they were! People comment when they see pictures of my kids and say that they must be great posers and love having their pictures taken. I think it is the exact opposite!

Brother and Sister

I photographed P and M this moring as part of my mini session special. We got a good bunch of pictures for only 30 minutes. The kids really did a great job!! Enjoy your preview/

Baby M First Birthday

Little M is just such a doll. We did a cake smash session for her first birthday and I'm so glad that we did. I think that they all turned out just great. Photographing the cake smash is one of my favorite things to photograph. I love seeing the reaction to their first taste of the sweet and sugary frosting!

D is 9 months old!

Baby "D" is 9 months old now. I can't believe how fast he is growing up. This is probably my favorite age group to photograph because they can sit by themselves, smile, and most importantly, aren't mobile!!!! It gets SOOO much harder once the kids can get around.

2 year old S

After having to cancel our session the week before because my son was so sick, we final got our session in this weekend! Little S is going to be 2 years old in a few weeks and definetly had her own idea on how she wanted the session to go. Most 2 year olds usally end up leading the session!! She really did great though and I was able to capture some beautiful pictures of her. Enjoy your preview...I hope to have your gallery to you by the middle of the week.

Jordan's 5 year photos

My daughter is going to be turning 5 years old in April and I have been working on doing her pictures for the past week or so. She has her own idea of how she should pose for pictures and there is no telling her otherwise!! I am going to be in big trouble in those teenage years!! Sorry for the overload of pictures...I can't decide which ones I like the best! She'll be going to Kindergarten in the fall. She is so excited...me on the other hand....well, it's bitter sweet.

Sneak Peak of "S"

I photographed little "S" on Saturday. He just loved my little chicks that I have for Easter and is one of the happiest 18 month olds that I think I have ever photographed! Enjoy your preview!

Sneak Peak of little "G"

I had the opportunity to photography little "G" this past weekend. She is an adorable little girl who is going to be 2 years old in a few weeks. Mom had an idea of what she wanted in the pictures, but G had a different opinion!! Even though she didn't do exactly what her mom wanted, I think we still got a bunch a good shots. The "F" Boys

I photographed these brothers this morning. The big brother, like always, did spectacular!! I never have to even tell him how to pose...he's just a natural. He always has a big smile and listens great. The little brother is 2 weeks old and did great too. It took a bit to get him to fall asleep, but once he did he was out like a light!
